All of the different games that I’ve had a hand in! We start with games that I did the Narrative for, then proceed to games where I used other skills.

As a young botanist, explore an overgrown museum full of plant creatures both friend and foe! Find your missing father and figure out just what’s happening in the museum.

I was the Narrative Lead for the entire development cycle, as well as a Design Lead for a majority of the project as well. If you want to check out the game itself, it has a page on Steam. The game was also showcased in the Unreal Student Showcase and was nominated as a finalist in The Rookies!

“After receiving no word from the planet Eobac for weeks, your squad of four Stormtroopers is sent to investigate the fate of the researchers there. Did they desert the glorious Empire, or is something more sinister hidden within the planet’s secrets?”

A project created for my narrative design class, I was placed on a team with 3 other creatives to make a Twine project. I was responsible for creating the skeleton of the story within Twine itself, hammering out basic story details for the other group member to create content from, as well as spellchecking/fluffing said content. This was made as a “cold open” to the game that we had made the concept for: a horde shooter inspired by the Star Wars Legends content: Death Troopers.

Actually, I’m a bit offended! How could you forget? Besides…You’re the one who cured me.

Doll Strings, as a concept, is a visual novel friendship simulator/horror game where you make friends while quarantined from a disease rampaging the land. Using this concept, I was able to create 2 pieces of work. The Twine file depicts a very basic version of Act 1, while the design document covers the entirety of the game. The character sketches in the document were done by Liv Dapeer.

A project originally made in my Narrative Design class, I chose to expand and reformat the project from a Word Doc to a Milanote. It’s forever growing, so check out what I have cooking through this link!

My team senior capstone game. Developed in a period of 20 weeks, I joined a team of 20 elite artists and designers to create a horror game set in an underwater casino. I worked on the narrative, level and gameplay design. Our game was nominated for 4 SCAD Entelechy awards, and won both Best Trailer and Best Sound! We’re aiming to have the game release in October. Check out our Rookies submission and the trailer!

The following games I did not take a primary narrative role in, but I still contributed to their development in major ways.

My solo senior capstone game. You play as Unit BRY-159 who has aspirations to be a barrel. With the assistance of Fab assets and Unreal Engine guides, I developed a tutorial level and made modular systems that can be easily expanded into a full game. It was developed in a period of 10 weeks. I covered the development of this project on a Google Site. If you’d like an inside look on it’s development, follow this link -> https://sites.google.com/view/peyton-405/home

As my GAME 356 (Advanced Principles: Game Design) project, I teamed up with Greta Thomas, Olivia Gibbons, Brooke Phillips, and Keagan Settle to make a game where you play as the Blisterbug, attempting to maneuver through an underground base and sneak past guards who have just destroyed your home and taken your food source. Maybe you’ll get some revenge on the way.

I took on the role as Level Designer for the project. Some of my tasks were crafting the high concept route of the level, and making the entire target range section.

Dipping my toes into the world of board games, I collaborated with Anna Morris, Marley Parmely, Joy Loi, and Chris Poulos as part of GAME 256 (Core Principles: Game Design). In only four weeks we designed and fully printed a playable board game prototype. You play as one of four pirates, who have to watch out for the kraken while plundering your fellow players. Our game was nominated for the Tabletop category in Entelechy 2025!

Any game that i helped with in the setting of a game jam. Check out the games through the links to their jam pages!
